The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that its air defense systems destroyed 126 Ukrainian drones during the night in several Russian regions.

In a statement on Saturday, the Russian defense ministry reported that 64 drones were destroyed in the Volgograd region, 38 in the Voronezh region, 14 in the Belgorod region, seven in the Bryansk region, two in the Rostov region, and one in the border Kursk region.

In the same context, the ministry also stated that control over the town of Gontcharovka in the Kursk region was regained during recent military operations.
