Gaza - Saba:
The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) called on the Palestinian people and the free people of the world on Tuesday to mobilize on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in defense of Gaza, Jerusalem, and Al-Aqsa.
The movement said in a statement, "These calls come in light of the Zionist enemy's escalation of its barbaric aggression and massacres against our people in the Gaza Strip, and its continued crimes in the West Bank, Jerusalem, and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, with full American support and complete international silence."
It also called for escalating solidarity marches and events in cities and capitals, rejecting the enemy's crimes, and supporting the steadfastness of Gaza and Jerusalem.
Hamas stressed the need to hold marches to mark Land Day (March 30) and protests against the enemy in international arenas, calling on Arab and Islamic governments to assume their responsibilities to halt the aggression and lift the siege on Gaza.
It called on the Palestinian people in the West Bank, Jerusalem, and the occupied territories "to pack up their bags, hold their positions, and stay at Al-Aqsa Mosque, and engage with the enemy and its settler gangs in all areas, in support of Gaza, Jerusalem, and Al-Aqsa."
Hamas also called on the Palestinian people inside and in the diaspora, on the occasion of Land Day (March 30), to participate in massive popular marches, rejecting the policies of displacement and annexation, and adhering to our right of return and liberation.
It called on the masses of our Arab and Islamic nation, and the free people of the world, to make the coming Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays moments of anger and protest in all areas, "to continue to pressure the enemy and its supporters through demonstrations and mass marches, besieging the Zionist and American embassies, and exposing the crimes of genocide against our people."
The Movement called on the leaders and governments of the Arab and Islamic nations to shoulder their historical responsibilities and take a decisive stance to halt the aggression, lift the siege on Gaza, and support the steadfastness of our people.
Hamas also called on mosque preachers and religious leaders to devote the upcoming Friday sermon to discussing Palestine, Gaza, and Jerusalem, and to call on the nation to support and defend the Palestinian people, strengthen their steadfastness and perseverance on their land, and defend their land and holy sites.
"Let the coming days be days of intense anger everywhere against the occupation and its supporters. Let this enemy and those aligned with its terrorism know that Palestine, Gaza, Jerusalem, and Al-Aqsa have men and free men who will answer the call for support and solidarity, and who will loudly declare their unified stance against the enemy and its supporters. Let the activities and sit-ins continue until the aggression stops and the siege is lifted," it said.
