Enemy media reported on Monday that four Israeli soldiers were injured after falling into a well-tight ambush in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City.
The Israeli website Live reported, citing settler pages, that "an army force entered a house in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood and was surrounded and ambushed. Four soldiers have now been evacuated by helicopters from Rescue Unit 669."
For its part, the Hadashot website told Lou Tsnzura: "A security incident - a military helicopter evacuated two soldiers wounded by gunfire in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza."
Earlier, Israeli sources described it as "a difficult security incident in the Gaza Strip."
