The Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court (ICC) rejected a request to cancel the arrest warrants and suspend the investigation against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, a war criminal, and his former Defense Minister, Yoav Galant.

In a decision issued on May 9, 2025, the Pre-Trial Chamber I announced its rejection of Israel's request to cancel the arrest warrants and suspend the investigation against Netanyahu and Galant, according to the official Palestinian News Agency.
