Sana’a - Saba:
Sana’a University witnessed on Wednesday a large-scale student parade featuring over 6,000 graduates of the third phase of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” training courses.
The event was held under the slogan: “We carried weapons as we carried pens – a jihad in the path of God.”
The parade began in front of the main gate of Sana’a University and the Faculty of Commerce, passed by the Faculty of Sharia, turned left towards the Faculty of Education, and concluded at the main square behind the Faculty of Languages. Students carried the flags of Yemen and Palestine throughout the march.
Participants chanted slogans calling for freedom and denouncing the enemies of God. They also voiced strong condemnation of the genocide and starvation crimes committed by the Zionist-American enemy against the Palestinian people in Gaza, with U.S. backing, international complicity, and unprecedented Arab and Islamic betrayal.
The event reflected the readiness of students and affiliates of Sana’a University to join the fourth phase of escalation and to participate in the battle of “The Promised Victory and Sacred Jihad” alongside their Palestinian brothers against the Zionist occupation entity, which continues to commit heinous crimes of murder and starvation against the people of Gaza.
Participants affirmed their preparedness to confront the criminal Zionist entity, especially in light of its deliberate targeting of civilians – including children, women, the elderly, and the starving – in crimes unparalleled in history, unfolding in plain view of the world, amid the failure of Arab and Islamic nations to deliver aid to Gaza.
They expressed pride in the praise extended by Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi for the university’s popular and mobilization efforts to instill the spirit of jihad in students. They also declared full support for the armed forces’ strategic choices and their announcement of the fourth phase of maritime escalation against the enemy entity.
The attendees renewed their call to Arab and Islamic nations – particularly scholars, academics, and university students – to fulfill their duties, break the silence and inaction, and stand in solidarity with the people of Gaza, who are dying of hunger and thirst under relentless genocidal attacks.
During the event, the President of Sana’a University, Dr. Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, congratulated the students on completing the third phase of “Al-Aqsa Flood” courses. He emphasized the doubled responsibility of the university's students, faculty, and administrators in light of the ongoing aggression, massacres in Gaza, and the conspiracies and failures of Arab and Islamic regimes.
Dr. Al-Bukhaiti affirmed that Sana’a University, as one of Yemen’s strongholds of knowledge and enlightenment, is fully capable of taking up arms under the banner of jihad for the sake of God and in defense of the oppressed – in loyalty to the Revolution Leader , who praised the university’s members for carrying both knowledge and arms.
He stressed the necessity of standing up for the oppressed Palestinian people, who are facing an unparalleled war of extermination and starvation, as well as a brutal siege targeting the children, women, and residents of Gaza in full view of a world subdued by global imperialist regimes.
