The Supreme Judicial Council mourned Judge Mansour Ali Al-Solwi, a member of the Second Civil Division at the Appeals Court of Taiz Governorate - Al-Huban, who passed away at the age of 58 after dedicating most of his life to serving the nation in the field of judiciary.
In a statement, the Judicial Council praised the virtues of the deceased and his dedication to the service of justice, emphasizing that the judiciary has lost a judge renowned for his competence and integrity in all the positions he held.
The statement noted that Judge Al-Solwi progressed through several judicial roles, including serving as a judge in the Badan Court of Ibb Governorate, the Sabr Court in Taiz, President of the Shihr Primary Court in Hadramout, President of the Tarim Primary Court in Hadramout, President of the Sabr Primary Court in Taiz Governorate, and most recently as a member of the Appeals Court of Taiz Governorate - Al-Huban.
The President and members of the Judicial Council extended their deepest condolences to the late judge’s son, Hameed, his brothers, the entire Al-Solwi family, and his colleagues in the judiciary, praying to Almighty Allah to bestow His vast mercy upon him, grant him a place in Paradise, and provide his family and loved ones with patience and solace.
