HODIEDA September 04. 2023 (Saba)-The First Undersecretary of Hodeida province, Ahmed Al-Bishri, along with the Chairman of Tihama Development Authority, Ali Hazza, launched a community initiative to maintain the sterility of Najran in Wadi Mur, Al-Lahiya District.
The initiative, in its second phase, which is being implemented in cooperation with the local authority in the district in coordination with Tihama Development Authority and Bonyan Foundation, aims to maintain and rehabilitate the barren lands, which will benefit about 50,000 agricultural land residents.
For his part, the head of Tihama Development Authority stressed the authority’s keenness to support community initiative projects and work to mobilize community energies to exploit the available capabilities to activate local development, especially in the field of agricultural development.
After that, the First Undersecretary of the province and his companions were briefed on the services provided by Al-Lahiyah Hospital to citizens, and the level of performance and discipline in the District Court. He also visited the Coast Guard, Al-Zayla’i Mosque, and other service facilities in the District.
