Ministers of Education and Scientific Research Hassan Al-Saadi, Finance Abdul-Jabbar Ahmed Mohammed, and Civil Service and Administrative Development Dr. Khalid Al-Hawali stressed the importance of improving the level of job performance and correcting any imbalances in this aspect.
They pointed out in today's meeting at the Ministry of Education, which included Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research Dr. Hatem Al-Dais and the undersecretaries of the competent sectors in the three ministries, the importance of concerted efforts and everyone's sense of responsibility in addressing any deficiency in the performance of the staff.
The meeting touched on the efforts made within the framework of the temporary exceptional mechanism to support the salary bill of state employees, as well as correcting the salary statement, payment mechanisms for educational staff in the field, and means of verification and follow-up to ensure disbursement to all workers in the educational field.
The meeting, which was attended by specialists in the three ministries, discussed common topics and issues and highlighted the difficulties and obstacles facing the workflow and ways to solve them.
