Sana'a (Saba) - Member of the Supreme Political Council, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh Bin Habtoor, sent a telegram of condolences and sympathy on the death of Sheikh Ali Hassan Saad Al-Ra'i, at the age of 72.

In the telegram, Dr. Bin Habtoor praised the virtues of the deceased, his national stances, his charitable giving, and his role in reconciling people.
