Sana'a (Saba) - The Supreme Authority for Tender Control and Auctions called on all tender and auction committees in government agencies subject to the provisions of the law to oblige tender and auction applicants to attach all required documents in accordance with Article (91) of the executive regulations of the law.
The Authority stressed in a circular addressed to all ministries, governorates, authorities, institutions, interests, central agencies, companies and universities, the importance of completing all basic documents that must be submitted with the tender documents.
