Gaza - Saba:
Hamas confirmed that ending the war, the occupation's withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, and the start of reconstruction are the conditions for ensuring the release of the remaining Israeli prisoners.
The movement's spokesman, Abdul Latif Al-Qanou, explained that any new negotiations would remain based on the resistance's conditions, with continued contacts with mediators to confront the occupation's obstacles.
Al-Qanou pointed out that postponing the release of the seventh batch of prisoners reflects the occupation's lack of seriousness in implementing the agreement. He also stressed that the occupation's failure to abide by the terms of the first phase may hinder the completion of the rest of the agreement, which went into effect on January 19, according to a mechanism that includes three phases, each lasting 42 days.
