Dhamar - Saba:
A training course on the Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics for women in the health sector in Dhamar province concluded on Wednesday.

The six-day course, organized by the health sector in coordination with the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development, aimed to provide 45 female trainees with knowledge and skills that contribute to improving performance and the level of service delivery.

Amat Al-Karim Al-Washli, head of the Code of Conduct Program, stressed the importance of the course in enhancing the performance of female cadres and the success of their tasks in public service units.

She pointed out that the Code of Conduct Program is a binding document for leadership and employees to control job work and improve performance, which contributes to serving the community.
