Vice Chairman of the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption Raidan al-Mutawakel on Wednesday received financial disclosure declarations from two Undersecretaries of the Ministry of Finance.
Undersecretary for the Organization and Government Accounts Sector Mohammed Abdullah Amer submitted his seventh declaration, while Jamil Mohsen al-Duais, Undersecretary for Financial and Administrative Affairs, submitted his fourth.
Al-Mutawakel expressed appreciation for the Undersecretaries' compliance with the Financial Disclosure Law No. (30) of 2006, emphasizing its role in protecting the integrity of public employees. He urged all those subject to the law to submit their declarations within the stipulated deadlines.
He also stressed the Commission's commitment to enhancing collaboration and coordination with the Ministry of Finance, aligning with the government's program for combating and preventing corruption.
Amer and al-Duais affirmed that their submission of declarations was in compliance with the Financial Disclosure Law.
The handover was attended by officials from the Commission's Financial Disclosure and Anti-Illegal Gains Department, Financial and Administrative Affairs Department, and Executive Unit.
