Biologist reveals benefits of grapes for body
[Sat, 01 Mar 2025 19:55:10 +0300]

Moscow - Saba:
Biologist Irina Lyalina explained that grapes contain many benefits for the body, such as improving memory and reducing the risk of Alzheimer's disease thanks to their content of natural sugars and antioxidants.

Lyalina pointed out that grapes contribute to lowering cholesterol and improving blood circulation, and they contain fibers that help improve bowel function. Grapes also contain antioxidants such as resveratrol, which protect cells from aging and inflammation.

However, she warned that grapes may harm some people due to their high sugar and calorie content, which may lead to weight gain and high blood sugar levels. It is also recommended to eat moderate amounts of grapes, while avoiding overeating, especially for diabetics and obese patients.
