The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, expressed its hope that the Qatar negotiations will lead to tangible progress toward the start of the second phase, paving the way for a halt to the aggression, the enemy's withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, and the completion of a prisoner exchange deal.
Hazem Qassem, the movement's spokesman, confirmed in a press statement on Wednesday that the movement is approaching these negotiations responsibly and positively, including those with the US envoy.
