Britain renews call for immediate return to ceasefire in Gaza
[Sun, 23 Mar 2025 23:03:26 +0300]

London – SABA:

British Foreign Secretary David Lammy renewed his call on Saturday for an immediate return to the ceasefire in Gaza.

In a post on his official X (Twitter) account, Lammy stated:

"The resumption of Zionist strikes on Gaza represents a significant step backward. The United Kingdom, alongside France and Germany, urgently calls for the restoration of the ceasefire."

Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have launched an aggression on Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of 49,747 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of 113,213 others. Many victims remain trapped under the rubble.
