An Iranian delegation headed by Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has headed to the Omani capital, Muscat, which is hosting the indirect Iranian-US talks.
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baghaei said on his Twitter account, according to the Iranian news agency IRNA: "A group of our most experienced colleagues, accompanied by the Foreign Minister, are heading to Muscat. We are determined to use all our capabilities to protect Iran's power and national interests."
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced that the indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States will begin today, Saturday, April 12, 2025, in the Sultanate of Oman.
