The sub-committee for summer activities and courses in the Capital Secretariat, in cooperation with the executive committees , youth and sports offices, organized on Tuesday a running race for students of summer courses at the level of the districts of the Secretariat, under the title "Science and Jihad."
More than 8,000 students from summer schools in the districts of the capital's directorates participated in the race, where they started from various districts, passing through a number of main streets, until they reached the finish lines in each directorate, from which the winners qualify at the directorate level.
After the race, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Abdullah Al-Razhi, Director of the Youth and Sports Office in the Secretariat, Abdullah Obaid, directors of directorates, educational, sports , executive leaders , cadres, dignitaries and social figures, honored the winners of the buds and juniors with cups and medals.
They praised the efforts of all teachers and those in charge of summer activities and courses in the districts of the Capital Secretariat, and all those who contributed to the support , success of its various activities and programs, to ensure the achievement of the desired goals.
