Activists in the US state of California on Monday continued to sign an e-petition calling on the state's senators to reject the US administration's decisions to sell weapons to the occupation state, worth 20 billion dollars, to pressure it to stop the war in the Gaza Strip.
The activists last night called on the senators to jointly support the draft resolution submitted by Democratic Senator Bernie Sanders at the end of last September to prevent the sale of weapons to Israel.
The activists argue in their petition that the continued provision of weapons to Israel is a violation of US and international law, and is not what the majority of the American people want.
