Bayda - Saba:
A meeting in Al-Bayda province, chaired by Governor Abdullah Idris, discussed on Thursday the level of performance and services at the branch of the local corporation and sanitation in Al-Bayda city.
The meeting, which was attended by Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Administration, Local and Rural Development Ahmed Al-Shoutari and Director of the Social Fund for Development Dr. Mohammed Al-Dailami, and included members of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, reviewed the reports of performance indicators during the period from January to November of this year and the difficulties facing the activity of the Corporation and ways to address them.
The Director of the Local Water and Sewerage Corporation, Engineer Abdul Ghani Al-Mukhtar, reviewed the report of the future projects plan and the most prominent of what it includes, such as drilling a number of wells, providing solar energy systems, addressing indebtedness, as well as solutions to the difficulties faced by the organization.
He pointed out that Al-Bayda water project represents a qualitative leap in improving services and a stabilizing factor for the city's residents, which requires integrated efforts to manage it as required.
The governor stressed the need for everyone to feel the responsibility to provide services to citizens and alleviate the suffering caused by the aggression , blockade, and to redouble efforts to collect revenues, follow up debts, supervise the progress of work in the ongoing projects and hold regular meetings.
