Naples - Saba:
The Italian authorities confiscated a shipment of medicines destined for those affected by the Zionist war of extermination on Gaza, and the war in Syria, on the pretext that the producing company violated the standards of "Made in Italy", which forced the defense to resort to the Court of Cassation.
Media reports today, Saturday, indicated that the Criminal Chamber of the Ravenna Court of Appeal, headed by Judge Piervittorio Farinella, decided on December 28 to reject the appeal submitted by Advanced Biomedical, a pharmaceutical company based in Cagliari, Sardinia, regarding the release of a shipment of medicines that were originally intended for Lebanon, from where they were to be shipped and delivered to some humanitarian organizations to support civilians affected by the war in Syria. It seems that the intention was to also smuggle some of them to Gaza.
On October 30, customs authorities at the port of Ravenna, northeastern Italy, seized a shipment containing more than 100,000 packages of Fortus, a 120 mg medicine for sore throats and coughs, weighing more than 19 tons and worth 96,000 euros, and accused Advanced Biomedical of violating the "Made in Italy" rules by putting the phrase "Made in Italy" on a product coming from the Republic of San Marino.
