The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced today, Saturday, that the death toll of the Zionist-American genocide in Gaza has risen to 46,537 martyrs and 109,571 injuries, since October 7, 2023.

The ministry said in its daily report: The Zionist enemy forces committed five massacres in the Gaza Strip, of which 32 martyrs and 193 injured arrived at hospitals during the past 48 hours.

It indicated that thousands of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and rescue crews cannot reach them.
