Gaza - Saba:
Khan Yunis Municipality warned, today, Monday, of a disaster after water wells, sewage stations, and a water desalination station stopped working due to the depletion of diesel.
The municipality said in a brief statement that there are risks threatening the lives of (1,100,000) displaced persons and residents in light of the outage of most municipal services with the onset of air depressions and severe cold waves.
United Nations organizations have also warned that the lack of clean water and untreated sewage flows pose a serious threat to health, noting the catastrophic increase in rates of diseases caused by diarrhea.
