Sana'a - Saba:
Residents and prominent figures of Bani Matar district in Sana'a provice staged a strong protest on Tuesday, vehemently condemning the recent US aggression that targeted al-Sawari Ceramics Factory. The strike resulted in the tragic deaths and injuries of 36 individuals, including factory workers, women, and children in nearby homes and a farm.
The protest, attended by Shura Council member Mohammed Salman, Sana'a undersecretary Hamid Asim, province undersecretary for Investment Yahya Jumaan, District Director Yahya al-Qanous, and District's Mobilization Officer Mutaa al-Mutaa, resoundingly denounced the attack by the American enemy, which the officials stated resulted in seven deaths and 29 injuries, characterizing it as a clear "war crime."
The protest participants asserted that this incident, along with similar attacks, exposes the "barbaric nature" and "arrogance" of the United States. The officials decried the targeting of industrial facilities as a full-fledged war crime and a blatant violation of all international laws and conventions.
The protesters held America directly responsible for its actions against the Yemeni people and the destruction of Yemen's economic infrastructure, which they believe is aimed at impoverishing the population and denying them basic necessities.
They declared that these "heinous crimes" would not deter them from their continued support for the "oppressed Palestinian people" in the Gaza Strip, regardless of the challenges and sacrifices involved.
The protesters emphasized that the targeting of factories, facilities, and civilian objects reveals America's "criminal face" and called upon the international community, human rights organizations, and humanitarian organizations to take immediate action to condemn these attacks and hold those responsible accountable.
The people of Bani Matar affirmed their unwavering readiness and preparedness to confront the "American enemy" and its allies, pledging to sacrifice their most valued possessions in support of the Palestinian people until victory is achieved.
