Rome - Saba:
Inter Milan will face their city rivals AC Milan tomorrow, Wednesday, in the second leg of the Coppa Italia semi-finals.
The first leg ended in a 1-1 draw between the two teams.
Inter Milan are determined to secure a victory to keep their dream alive of achieving a treble—winning the Serie A title, the domestic cup, and the Champions League. Currently, they lead Serie A with 71 points and have also advanced to the Champions League semi-finals.
However, the derby against AC Milan will be a tough challenge, as Inter have failed to defeat their rivals in their four meetings this season.
Inter manager Simone Inzaghi acknowledged the difficulty of the match but expressed confidence in his team’s ability to win and secure a spot in the final.
On the other hand, AC Milan are aiming to continue their strong performances against Inter this season. Milan are one of only four teams to have beaten Inter this campaign, alongside Fiorentina, Juventus, and Bologna.
AC Milan coach Sergio Conceição emphasized his desire to win, stating: "Since taking charge, I’ve already won the Super Cup, but I’ve also faced pressure. Football has taught me a lot over the years, and I see pressure as motivation to achieve even more success."
