SANA'A - SABA :
Youth and Sports Minister , Dr. Mohammed Ali Al-Mawlad, honored on Thursday the winners of the four-day Republic Club Table Tennis Championship organized by the Federation of Table Tennis.

Twelve clubs from different provinces participated in the tournament, which was sponsored by the Youth Ministry and supported by the Youth Welfare Fund as part of the Prophet Muhammad's Birthday celebrations .

Ahli Sana'a won the title of the Republic Club Championship after winning the final match against Al-Nasr from Hajjah with a score of 3 / 0, with Al-Nasr finishing as runner-up, while Al-Arouba won the third place after beating Wahdat Tarim from Hadramout 3 / 2.

At the conclusion, the Youth and Sports Minister praised the efforts of the General Table Tennis Federation for organizing this tournament and its success. He praised the efforts of the General Table Tennis Federation for organizing this tournament and its success.

For his part, the President of the Yemeni General Table Tennis Federation, Dr. Issam Al-Sunaini, expressed his happiness with the success of the tournament, in which 12 clubs from different provinces participated, from Lahj to Hadramout, from Al-Bayda to Al-Mahwit, and from Hajjah to Hodeidah, stressing that the tournament was very distinguished and witnessed fierce competition and brought together the nation's sons in one national sports crucible.

Club officials and players participating in the tournament expressed their optimism that this tournament, which concluded today, will represent a new start for the game of table tennis in clubs, revitalize the game in various clubs in the Republic, and restore hope for table tennis in some clubs that have completely neglected the game.
