The researcher Issam Ali Al-Hamly obtained a PhD from the Business Administration Center for Graduate Studies at the University of Sana'a on his thesis tagged 'Information Technology in Strategic Performance Through Knowledge Management, a Field Study on Yemeni Telecom Companies'.
The Discussion and Governance Committee, headed by Dr. Sinan Al -Muradi, and the membership of Dr. Abdel-Khaleq Tawaf, praised an external discussion, and Dr. Abdul-Razzaq Al-Maraani, an internal discussion, with the thesis and its contents.
The Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Mohamed Al Mahdi, his deputy, Eng. Ali Al-Makni, the Undersecretary for Technical Affairs, Eng. Taha Zabara, the Executive Director of the General Communications Corporation, Eng. Sadiq Musleh, the Director General of the General Authority for Post and Postal Savings Ammar Wahan, and the Executive Director of Yemen Mobile Engineer Amer Hazaa attended the discussion.
