Tulkarm - Saba
Tulkarm Governor Abdullah Kamil described today, Wednesday, the demolition notices in Nour Shams camp in Tulkarm as a new massacre against the camp, through systematic destruction and sabotage.
The enemy authorities notified the demolition of 11 homes in Nour Shams refugee camp east of Tulkarm city in the northern West Bank.
Major General Kamil stressed in a press statement that all the unprecedented aggression carried out by the enemy against the city of Tulkarm and its two camps, which entered its 31st day, "cannot break the resolve of this people, and the will of Tulkarm Governorate, which is difficult to break."
He added that the enemy forces carried out murders, demolition and deliberate destruction of infrastructure, homes and shops, in addition to forcing citizens to flee from Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, and converting a number of those homes and sites into military barracks, and vandalizing and burning citizens' property.
He pointed out that these measures exacerbate the suffering of citizens who remained in their homes, under a tight siege and a shortage of basic materials such as food, water, medicine and baby milk.
The Zionist aggression on Nour Shams camp enters its 18th day, amid the displacement of residents, raiding their homes, and converting them into military barracks.
The occupation also continues its aggression on Tulkarm city and its camp for more than a month, leaving 12 martyrs, dozens of injuries and arrests, and widespread destruction of infrastructure.
